Take a breath

A moment of inviting peace, becoming present

Wherever you are right now, take a breath.

Put a hand on your heart and take a slow, deep breath.

Hello:) How are you today?

My love is shared with you, let’s get into a peaceful post together about inviting peace through a slow breath and a pause.

How often do we run, are in a fast paced state, rushing, are tense?

Going for the next thing, after the next thing, feeling this, feeling that. And on top of that learning to feel safe in our bodies.

So today I am dedicating this post to taking a slow, deep breath with you. To invite calm, safety, peace and relaxation into ourselves. We deserve that πŸ™‚

Let’s invite peace

Put your hand on your heart, close your eyes and take a slow, deep breath.

And one more time:)

I do this every day as a practice to come into the present moment and feel the peace that is accessible to me.

Sometimes every day life can get very fast, pulling you out of the present moment, pulling you out of peace. We can begin to learn how to invite the calm and peace into ourselves, how to come into the present moment. For me, breath helps with this a lot. And remember to relax those shoulders that you have up πŸ˜‰

Through this breath we can allow a moment to become aware of ourselves, aware of what we are experiencing, feeling, how we are doing. Not being thrown out of ourselves, scattered, unconsciously moving through life, but coming into ourselves fully and claiming who we are. Being aware, being present and being in ourselves. It is a powerful practice to do and repeat. not numbing our way through life anymore, but becoming present in who we are, what we are feeling, experiencing and our life overall.

Yes, the future requires attention.

Yes, the past can be and wants to be explored, healed and worked on.

That all can happen, that all is well.

But the present requires your attention.

What are you doing at this exact moment? How does your hand feel when holding the phone / how are you sitting at the computer? Anything you can notice about the present moment. What can you see/feel/what is going on within?

Big fan of this πŸ˜‰

So what we have covered in this post:

  • your hand on your heart, closing your eyes if you wish, taking a slow, deep breath,
  • becoming aware of the present moment

For me, as a person who knows what anxiety is, what overthinking is, and overall how in life we so often learn to numb our feelings and go unconsciously through life, these are some of my daily life tools of inviting calm, becoming aware and coming into the present moment.

I truly hope you enjoyed this time together here and I will see you soon in the next posts:)

Hold on,

You’re beautiful πŸ™‚

Now keep going πŸ˜‰

With love and light

Ella Renāte
