You have lost weight! Good job!

  • Allowing my life to unfold

This will not be for everyone. Allowing my life to show me, intuitively feeling my next step. For me, I always felt like I want to come into this peaceful place of being. I don’t want to rush, grab, force, be in a hurry or do things from a place of lack. What I craved…

…Feel it to heal it…

This is how it all started…

My journey : I had my own mental health issues for several years, and after starting my healing journey , I realised that this is what I wish to do – healing for a living.

I write so that others can receive the guidance they need, so that my story, my opinion, my journey, my experiences, and my own healing can help someone else.

My goal with this blog is to make this a safe space for you and your healing journey. I will remind you to cozy up, grab your cup of tea, and light a candle before we dive in.
